Check Short is a short pyjama bottom by Sam, made from a soft woven fabric in a check print. Check Short has an elasticated waist with no fastening and a loose, boxer-style leg finished with a narrow ruffle. A woven Sam Friday label sits at the front of the waistband.

Material and fit

Check Short is made from 90% polyester, 7% cotton and 3% elastane. The polyester keeps the check print colourfast and crease-resistant, the cotton makes the fabric softer and more breathable against the skin, and the elastane gives just enough stretch to move with you. The waistband is fully elasticated, so you step into the short with nothing to fasten and the band does not press into your stomach. The leg is generous and short, and the ruffle along the hem holds it in place rather than letting it ride up. Check Short fits true to size with a loose fit.
